Terms & Conditions

Welcome to O2 For U, Inc. (“O2 For U,” “the Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing our website, purchasing products, or receiving services from O2 For U, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.
These Terms apply to all commercial customers, including but not limited to clinics, dental offices, veterinary practices, surgery centers, and other businesses receiving medical gas products or related services.
If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, you should discontinue use of our services.
1. Business Services
O2 For U provides cylinder-based medical and specialty gases, including but not limited to:
Oxygen
Nitrous Oxide
Carbon Dioxide
Medical Air
Nitrogen
Compressed Gas N.O.S.
We also provide delivery, cylinder pickup and exchange, and equipment preparation services.
All products and services are intended exclusively for business and commercial use. O2 For U does not sell to residential consumers.
2. Pricing & Billing
All pricing for gas products, cylinder services, and deliveries is subject to change without prior notice.
Pricing may vary based on factors including:
Cylinder size and type
Delivery distance and location
Frequency of service
Market conditions
Volume of usage
Invoices are due according to the payment terms stated on each invoice. Unless otherwise specified in writing, the default payment term is Net 30.
Late payments may result in late fees, service suspension, or both.
3. Delivery Policy
Deliveries are performed on scheduled routes or by special request.
3.1 Standard Delivery
Standard delivery is provided during normal operating hours. Delivery days vary by region.
Customers are responsible for ensuring:
Safe and unobstructed facility access
Accurate and updated entry codes (if applicable)
Clearly designated and accessible drop locations
3.2 Rush / Same-Day Delivery
Non-scheduled, expedited, or same-day deliveries may incur additional fees.
Rush delivery fees vary based on urgency, distance, and labor requirements.
4. Cylinder Ownership & Responsibility
All cylinders supplied by O2 For U remain the property of O2 For U, Inc., unless explicitly sold or transferred in writing.
Customers are responsible for:
Preventing loss, theft, or damage to cylinders
Proper storage and securing of cylinders in compliance with applicable regulations
Returning empty cylinders in good, usable condition
Lost, stolen, or damaged cylinders may be billed at full replacement cost, including testing, refurbishment, and administrative expenses.
5. Refusal or Suspension of Service
O2 For U reserves the right to refuse or suspend service for reasons including, but not limited to:
Unsafe site or storage conditions
Repeated or unresolved non-payment
Misuse or mishandling of cylinders or equipment
Violations of these Terms & Conditions
6. Account Closure Fee
If a long-term commercial account is closed for any reason—including acquisition by another organization or transition to a competing vendor—O2 For U may assess a one-time Account Closure Fee of $450.
This fee covers administrative costs associated with:
Account closure and reconciliation
Cylinder tracking and verification
Inventory and asset recovery
Compliance record updates
Processing of final invoices
This fee may apply regardless of customer tenure, unless prohibited by law.
7. No Contracts – Month-to-Month Service
O2 For U does not require long-term service contracts.
All services are provided on a month-to-month basis, and either party may discontinue service at any time, subject to:
Payment of all outstanding balances
Return of all O2 For U–owned cylinders
Applicable Account Closure Fee (see Section 6)
8. Returns & Exchanges
Due to safety, regulatory, and purity requirements:
Medical gas cylinders are non-returnable for credit once delivered
Cylinder exchanges are handled exclusively through O2 For U’s standard exchange program
If a cylinder is suspected to be defective or contaminated, customers must notify O2 For U immediately for evaluation and replacement.
9. Compliance & Safety Requirements
Customers must comply with all applicable safety and regulatory requirements related to medical gases, including but not limited to:
OSHA regulations
FDA purity and handling guidelines
Local fire code storage and spacing requirements
Proper securing of upright cylinders (chains, straps, racks, etc.)
O2 For U reserves the right to withhold delivery if site conditions are deemed unsafe.
10. Limitation of Liability
O2 For U is not responsible for:
Customer misuse or mishandling of gas cylinders
Improper storage or failure to secure cylinders
Medical outcomes or clinical decisions involving gases supplied
Delays caused by weather, emergencies, supply disruptions, or third-party interruptions
O2 For U’s maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer during the 30 days immediately preceding the claim.
11. Privacy Policy
Customer information is maintained confidentially and used solely for:
Billing and account management
Delivery scheduling
Service-related communications
Legal and regulatory compliance
O2 For U does not sell or share customer information for marketing purposes.
12. Changes to Terms
O2 For U reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted with a revised “Last Updated” date.
Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
