Welcome to O2 For U, Inc. (“O2 For U,” “the Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing our website, purchasing products, leasing cylinders, or receiving services from O2 For U, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
These Terms apply to all commercial customers, including but not limited to clinics, dental offices, veterinary practices, surgery centers, urgent care clinics, laboratories, and other businesses receiving medical gas products, specialty gas products, cylinder services, or related services from O2 For U.
If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, you should discontinue use of our website and services.
If a signed written agreement, quote, lease, or customer account document conflicts with these Terms, the signed written agreement shall control to the extent of the conflict.
1. Business Services
O2 For U provides cylinder-based medical and specialty gases, including but not limited to:
Oxygen
Nitrous Oxide
Carbon Dioxide
Medical Air
Nitrogen
Compressed Gas, N.O.S., as applicable
O2 For U also provides delivery, cylinder pickup and exchange, cylinder lease services, and equipment preparation services.
All products and services are intended exclusively for business and commercial use. O2 For U does not sell to residential consumers.
O2 For U does not provide medical advice, prescribe gases, determine clinical use, or administer medical gases. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all gases, cylinders, and equipment are used only by properly trained, licensed, and authorized personnel.
2. Pricing & Billing
All pricing for gas products, cylinder services, leases, rentals, delivery, pickup, and related services is subject to change unless otherwise stated in writing.
Pricing may vary based on factors including:
Cylinder size and type
Delivery distance and location
Frequency of service
Market conditions
Product availability
Volume of usage
Customer account terms
Invoices are due according to the payment terms stated on each invoice. Unless otherwise specified in writing, the default payment term is Net 30.
Late payments may result in late fees, delivery delays, service suspension, cylinder pickup, or account closure.
Customers are responsible for all unpaid balances, including gas charges, delivery fees, cylinder lease fees, rental fees, equipment charges, taxes, late fees, pickup fees, recovery costs, and replacement costs for lost, stolen, damaged, or unreturned property.
3. Delivery Policy
Deliveries are performed on scheduled routes or by special request.
3.1 Standard Delivery
Standard delivery is provided during normal operating hours. Delivery days may vary by region, route, product availability, and customer location.
Customers are responsible for ensuring:
Safe and unobstructed facility access
Accurate and updated entry codes, gate codes, or access instructions, if applicable
Clearly designated and accessible delivery and pickup locations
Safe cylinder storage areas
Availability of empty cylinders for exchange, if applicable
O2 For U is not responsible for delays caused by locked doors, blocked access, incorrect entry information, unsafe conditions, weather, traffic, road conditions, emergencies, or other circumstances outside of our control.
3.2 Rush, Same-Day, After-Hours, Weekend, Holiday, or Emergency Delivery
Non-scheduled, expedited, rush, same-day, after-hours, weekend, holiday, or emergency deliveries may be available by special request.
After-hours and weekend deliveries, when available and confirmed by O2 For U, are subject to a flat $100 delivery fee per delivery trip.
This $100 fee covers the special delivery trip only. It is not charged per cylinder.
Gas charges, cylinder fill or exchange charges, cylinder lease fees, rental fees, taxes, and other non-delivery charges are billed separately as applicable.
After-hours, weekend, rush, emergency, same-day, or holiday deliveries are not guaranteed. Availability depends on driver availability, product availability, customer location, route conditions, safety conditions, weather, regulatory requirements, and other operational factors.
Customers are responsible for maintaining adequate cylinder inventory between scheduled deliveries. O2 For U is not responsible for a customer’s failure to order replacement cylinders in time or maintain adequate backup supply.
4. Cylinder Ownership & Customer Responsibility
All cylinders supplied by O2 For U remain the property of O2 For U, Inc., unless explicitly sold or transferred in writing.
Customers are responsible for:
Preventing loss, theft, or damage to cylinders
Properly storing and securing cylinders
Keeping cylinders in safe, usable condition
Returning empty cylinders in good condition
Preventing unauthorized use, refilling, transfer, tampering, or alteration
Notifying O2 For U immediately of missing, damaged, defective, or questionable cylinders
Customers may not refill, transfer, alter, deface, relabel, dispose of, loan, sell, move to another location, or allow unauthorized parties to handle O2 For U-owned cylinders without written authorization from O2 For U.
Lost, stolen, damaged, contaminated, altered, or unreturned cylinders may be billed at full replacement cost, including testing, refurbishment, recovery, administrative expenses, and any other related costs.
5. Cylinder Storage, Compliance & Safety Requirements
Customers are responsible for complying with all applicable federal, state, and local safety and regulatory requirements related to medical gases, specialty gases, compressed gas cylinders, and cylinder storage.
This may include, but is not limited to:
OSHA regulations
FDA requirements and guidance
DOT requirements
Local fire code requirements
Proper securing of upright cylinders with chains, straps, racks, carts, or other approved securing methods
Separation, storage, labeling, and handling requirements applicable to the customer’s facility
Use of gases only by properly trained and authorized personnel
O2 For U reserves the right to withhold delivery, suspend service, or retrieve cylinders if site conditions are deemed unsafe, noncompliant, inaccessible, or unsuitable for cylinder delivery or storage.
6. Refusal or Suspension of Service
O2 For U reserves the right to refuse, delay, suspend, or discontinue service for reasons including, but not limited to:
Unsafe site or storage conditions
Repeated or unresolved non-payment
Misuse or mishandling of cylinders or equipment
Unauthorized refilling, transfer, tampering, or alteration of cylinders
Failure to return cylinders or equipment
Inaccurate account information
Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate conduct toward O2 For U personnel
Violation of these Terms & Conditions
Any condition that O2 For U determines may create a safety, legal, regulatory, or business risk
7. Account Closeout, Pickup & Cylinder Recovery Fees
Customers are responsible for paying all outstanding balances and returning all O2 For U-owned cylinders, equipment, regulators, carts, or other property upon cancellation, account closure, or request by O2 For U.
O2 For U may assess reasonable account closeout, pickup, cylinder recovery, administrative, or replacement fees when such fees are disclosed in writing, agreed to by the customer, or required to recover O2 For U-owned property, unpaid balances, missing cylinders, damaged equipment, or unreturned rental or leased items.
Cylinder lease fees, delivery fees, gas charges, and other previously billed amounts are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing by O2 For U.
8. Service Cancellation & Cylinder Lease Responsibility
O2 For U does not require customers to remain under a long-term gas delivery service contract unless otherwise stated in a signed written agreement.
Customers may cancel ongoing gas delivery service after paying all outstanding balances and returning all O2 For U-owned cylinders, equipment, regulators, carts, or other property.
Cylinder leases are separate from gas delivery service. If a customer cancels gas delivery service before the end of a paid cylinder lease term, the customer may either return the leased cylinders without refund for unused lease time or continue holding the cylinders until the lease period expires, provided all lease terms, payment obligations, safety requirements, and account requirements are followed.
O2 For U may retrieve cylinders or equipment at any time if the customer account is past due, unsafe, inactive, closed, noncompliant, or otherwise in violation of these Terms or any signed agreement.
9. Returns & Exchanges
Due to safety, regulatory, and purity requirements:
Medical gas cylinders are non-returnable for credit once delivered
Cylinder exchanges are handled exclusively through O2 For U’s standard exchange program
Opened, used, delivered, or accepted gas products are not refundable unless otherwise stated in writing by O2 For U
If a cylinder is suspected to be defective, contaminated, leaking, mislabeled, damaged, or otherwise unsafe, customers must notify O2 For U immediately for evaluation and possible replacement.
Customers should not use any cylinder that appears damaged, defective, leaking, contaminated, improperly labeled, or unsafe.
10. Limitation of Liability
O2 For U is not responsible for:
Customer misuse or mishandling of gas cylinders
Improper storage or failure to secure cylinders
Unauthorized refilling, transfer, tampering, or alteration of cylinders
Medical outcomes, clinical decisions, or patient care decisions involving gases supplied
Customer failure to maintain adequate inventory or backup supply
Delays caused by weather, emergencies, supply disruptions, unsafe conditions, inaccessible locations, third-party interruptions, regulatory requirements, or circumstances outside of O2 For U’s control
Losses caused by customer failure to follow applicable safety, storage, handling, or regulatory requirements
To the fullest extent permitted by law, O2 For U’s maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer to O2 For U during the 30 days immediately preceding the claim.
O2 For U shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages.
11. Privacy Policy
Customer information is maintained confidentially and used for legitimate business purposes, including:
Billing and account management
Delivery scheduling
Service-related communications
Customer support
Legal and regulatory compliance
Account records and internal business operations
O2 For U does not sell customer information.
O2 For U may share customer information when necessary to process payments, provide services, comply with legal obligations, collect unpaid balances, protect company property, or operate the business.

Information on this website is provided for general business and service information only. While O2 For U makes reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate, we do not guarantee that all website content is complete, current, or error-free.
Website content does not replace written quotes, invoices, signed agreements, regulatory requirements, safety data sheets, product labeling, or customer-specific account terms.
13. Changes to Terms
O2 For U reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted with a revised “Last Updated” date.
Continued use of our website, products, or services after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions, unless otherwise prohibited by law or controlled by a signed written agreement.
14. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
